We have the traditional slicing cucumbers. Asian cucumbers, which are very similar to an english cucumber but with a much better crisp and shelf life. Pickling cucumbers, which are great to pickle or to have on your salad. Persian cucumbers, which are the smaller snacking cucumbers.
